DIscount code disclaimer

Discount codes are valid only on selected products and must be applied during checkout. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to apply a discount code retroactively or swap an existing code. Only one code can be used per order.

Please note that certain items are excluded from all discounts. This includes gift cards, hangers, personalised ID tags and personalisation add-ons, gift bags, as well as any products from third-party brands featured on our website.

In cases where a discount exceeds 30%, additional product ranges may not be eligible. These may include selected accessories, outerwear, limited-edition harnesses, seasonal collections, and exclusive collaborations. Specific exclusions may vary, and we reserve the right to update them at any time.
