Returns & Exchanges

We want you — and your dog — to be completely happy with every purchase from The Royal Closet. If something isn't quite right, here's everything you need to know.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In their original condition with all tags attached
• Free from pet hair, marks, or odour

Items that arrive back to us in a worn, soiled, or damaged condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

To start a return, email us at info@theroyalcloset.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you our return address and any further instructions.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. If the item arrived faulty or incorrect, we'll cover the return postage.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank to reflect the refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We'd love to sort that for you. Email us at info@theroyalcloset.co within 30 days of delivery with your order number and what you'd like instead. Subject to availability, we'll send out your replacement once we receive your original item back.

Return postage for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Poo bags (opened or used)
• Sale or discounted items marked as final sale
• Items that have been personalised or customised

Faulty or Incorrect Items

We pride ourselves on quality, but if something arrives damaged or we've made a mistake with your order, please contact us at info@theroyalcloset.co within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right — no questions asked.
