Currency

Prices on our website are displayed in your local currency, automatically detected based on your location. The currency shown at checkout is the currency you'll be charged in.

If your bank processes the transaction in a different currency, they may apply a conversion fee. This is outside of our control and not something we can refund.

Security

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your credit card details. Transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, and our checkout is PCI DSS compliant.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number and summary. If you don't receive this within a few minutes, please check your junk folder before contacting us.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, please check:

• Your card details are entered correctly
• Your billing address matches what's on file with your bank
• Your card has sufficient funds

Discount Codes

Discount codes can be applied at checkout. Only one code may be used per order. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively after an order has been placed, and are not valid on sale items unless explicitly stated.
