At The Royal Closet, every order is packed with care and dispatched promptly so Penny-approved pieces reach your door as smoothly as possible.

Delivery Options

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Standard Shipping

• Australia: 5-10 business days
• USA: 9-12 business days
• Rest of world: 9-12 business days

Express Shipping

• Australia: 4-7 business days
• USA: 5-8 business days
• Rest of world: 6-9 business days

Free Express Shipping on all orders over $110.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of being placed (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order leaves us, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Customs & Import Fees

Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. They are determined by your local customs authority.

A Few Things to Note

• Orders placed after 12:00pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
• Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, peak periods, or public holidays.
• We are unable to accept responsibility for orders where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided. Please double-check your details before placing your order.
• If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us at info@theroyalcloset.co and we'll look into it straight away.

Order Tracking

All orders include a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking details within 2 business days of ordering, check your junk folder first — then drop us a line.
